Reservations
We work by reservation only, in order to give every bride a reserved suite and the full attention of our experienced consultants. Requesting your reservation starts by filling out a reservation form. After receiving your request we will contact you to discuss the event, designers, timeline, and ultimately your vision. We are passionate about providing our expertise and curating the best selection, unique to you.

Our team will carefully listen and help you define your bridal style. We consider your vision, screenshots, and mood boards while encouraging you to take risks to help you find the dress of your dreams.
Our stylists will handpick the perfect selection of gowns and finishing touches using extensive knowledge of silhouettes, fabrics, and construction. Be prepared to try on gowns that you would never choose for yourself. Our decades of expertise and relationships allow us to customize, often times combining the elements of multiple gowns to create a look uniquely you. Chosen specifically to fit your preferences, venue, and personal style, your look will truly be a collaboration.

You Found "The One"!
You've fallen in love again and said the second easiest "YES!" of your life. Let's break out the bubbly, it's time to celebrate!
Your expert stylist will go over the details to order your gown and finishing touches, including the best size, color, and delivery. We'll discuss whether customizations should be made by our Fabulous Fit team or the manufacturer. To secure your dream dress, payment in full is required, so it may be time to grab a second glass of bubbly.
Our team will be by your side, lending an ear for any questions you may have along the way; we’re here for you! We are so honored to be a part of one of the most important days of your life!
A Fabulous Fit
The Kathleen Krisnoff team is with each bride from the first fitting to the last! Once your gown arrives, we will set an appointment for your first fitting with one of our master seamstresses, our magicians. Our Fabulous Fit team has decades of bridal expertise and knowledge. There's no need to stress about the details, we'll guide you through the process every step of the way.
We recommend beginning alterations 3 months prior to your bridal portraits or big day. Your expert seamstress will meet with you 2-4 times to fit and customize your dream dress. Shoes and undergarments are required at every alterations appointment to ensure your gown feels and looks as if it were custom-made just for you.
